Atul TeckchandaniHello! My name is Atul and I am the director of the Business Honors program. It is such an honor (pun intended?) to be part of a program that brings in curious, talented, motivated, high-potential business students and helps them get the college experience they deserve. A college experience that allows them to make lifelong friends while setting them up for professional success. I’ve been at CSUF since 2010, teaching classes in management, leadership, entrepreneurship, and well-being. I’ve worked to build collaborations between the College of Business and Economics and the College of Engineering and Computer Science. I’ve run an academic internship program for students who want to experience how to create an innovative product. I’ve also run a summer study abroad program, immersing students in a new culture and challenging them to develop their abilities to manage a global workforce. And I have expertise in career exploration and development. I try to use my background and experience to support all BH students so that they thrive while at CSUF and achieve their post-college professional goals. |

Samantha LimI am an enthusiastic academic advising professional with a strong emphasis on accountability, empathy, and holistic advising. I graduated from the University of California, Irvine. I am passionate about academic excellence and creating an environment that fosters it. I understand that students face adversity outside of the classroom. I believe that all students can succeed when given the opportunity. For students to flourish, they must take responsibility and first care for themselves. In my role as the program counselor, I provide the space for students to receive guidance and overcome challenges. It is most rewarding to see students off through the Business Honors program, thriving in their fields, and building connections to last a lifetime. It is a privilege to bring out personal, professional, and academic growth to all 160 students. |

Isabella EspinHi everyone! My name is Isabella Espin, and I’m a senior marketing student entering my second year as a student assistant and member of the media marketing team. I work with Sam, Atul, and the rest of the team to support the program wherever help is needed. I love helping other students get one step closer to their academic goals, so feel free to stop by the office if you ever have any questions. I've been working as a summer intern at the CSUF Gianneschi Center for Social Impact and with some engineering companies I connected with during my time in the Titan Racing Club. It's been an amazing experience applying marketing principles across such diverse industries, and I've loved every minute of it. I’m especially excited to meet all of our incoming students this fall, especially transfer and international students, since I’m an international and transfer student myself. My goal is to help make your transition as smooth as possible and make everyone feel welcome and part of the family, because I know firsthand how intimidating starting somewhere new can be. I’m looking forward to continuing to support this amazing program and meeting all of you! |
