The Center for Real Estate, located in the College of Business and Economics, is part of the 23-campus California State University system's Center for Real Estate (CRE), an applied research and professional education. The Cal State Fullerton (CSUF) branch of the institute was established in 1996.
The Center's director, Robert H. Osbrink, has had a decades-long career in the commercial real estate industry. "Bob has many notable experiences including, for example, his work as Co-CEO and President of Transaction Services for Grubb and Ellis Company, and his work as Vice President for the Irvine Company, for the formation, sales, and marketing of the the Irvine Spectrum," said Morteza Rahmatian, Dean of College of Business and Economics. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth sports in basketball, baseball, and football.
