Welcome to the Center for Real Estate

The Center for Real Estate, located in the Cal State Fullerton College of Business and Economics, is part of the broader 23-campus institute California State University system's applied research and professional education institute for real estate and urban land use. The CSUF branch was established in 1996.

The goals of the center are to promote real estate education and to move the frontier of knowledge in real estate related fields.

The Center for Real Estate offers one of the largest real estate programs in California, designed specifically for students pursuing careers in the industry. Backed by dedicated faculty members from the Department of Finance, our program blends world-class research with practical expertise. Our faculty are widely published in prestigious academic and professional journals, authors of leading textbooks, and creators of real estate case studies.
