Graduate Programs Academic Advising Online Chats and Events
The Graduate Business Programs advising team is here to support your academic success. Our advisors are equipped to guide you every step of the way. If you have questions about prerequisites, scheduling classes, earning course credit for internships, or study abroad opportunities, join us for in-person and virtual events and make the most of your graduate school experience at Cal State Fullerton.
Online Chats
Advisor Chat is a series of online chat sessions that occur in real time with your advisor. Chat sessions are accessed through the Zoom link 10 minutes prior to the start of the chat. During the session, an advisor will be logged in and ready to answer your questions and provide information on the topic
Prerequisites and Course Evaluation
As a newly admitted student, you may have to complete prerequisite courses as a part of your program — classes that may appear to be similar to those you completed as an undergraduate student. Your transcripts have already been evaluated for equivalent courses, but sometimes courses are missed because the course titles do not match or they were taken a long time ago. If you feel like this is the case for you, we invite you to our Prerequisites and Course Evaluations Advisor Chat.
Internships
As a business graduate student, you can participate in internships and study abroad. Depending on your academic situation. These opportunities may be used to meet requirements for your graduate program. To assist you in making the decision on whether participating in an internship or study abroad program is right for you, we invite you to our Internships and Study Abroad Advisor Chat.
