Atul TeckchandaniHello! My name is Atul and I am the director of the Business Honors program. It is such an honor to be part of a program that brings in curious, talented, motivated, high-potential business students and helps them get the college experience they deserve. A college experience that allows them to make lifelong friends while setting them up for professional success. I’ve been at CSUF since 2010, teaching classes in management, leadership, entrepreneurship, and well-being. I’ve worked to build collaborations between the College of Business and Economics and the College of Engineering and Computer Science. I’ve run an academic internship program for students who want to experience how to create an innovative product. I’ve also run a summer study abroad program, immersing students in a new culture and challenging them to develop their abilities to manage a global workforce. And I have expertise in career exploration and development. I use my background and experience to support all BH students so that they can thrive while at CSUF and can achieve their post-college professional goals. |

Samantha LimI am an enthusiastic academic advising professional with a strong emphasis on equity, accountability, and empathy for students. I graduated from the University of California, Irvine with an ongoing three years of experience in academic advising and two more years of experience mentoring and coaching students towards success. I was involved in leadership positions as the financial vice president in the Pilipinx-Americans in Social Studies and the high school outreach director at Magnolia High School. I am passionate about academic excellence and creating an environment that fosters it. I understand that students face adversity outside of the classroom. I believe that all students can succeed when given the opportunity and accessibility to resources to thrive. For students to flourish, they must take responsibility and first care for themselves. In my role as the program counselor, I provide the space for students to receive guidance and overcome challenges. It is most rewarding to see students off through the Business Honors program, thriving in their fields, and building connections to last a lifetime. It is a privilege to bring out personal, professional, and academic growth to all 160 students. |
