Dr. Foss, MAI, CRE is an adjunct faculty member of Real Estate and has been teaching at CSUF since 1998. Dr. Foss is currently President of Foss Consulting Group, a full service real estate appraisal, consulting and research firm. He has 40 years of experience that includes appraising all types of real property and ownership interests. In addition, he has prepared market studies for various property types and specialized analyses of various real property related issues.

Dr. Foss is qualified in various California and Arizona Superior Courts and in the United States District Courts as an expert witness, and holds the prestigious MAI designation granted by the Appraisal Institute and the CRE designation granted by the Counselors of Real Estate. He received his B.A. degree from CSUF, his M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, and his D.B.A. from Argosy University.
