The Business Advising Center offers you different opportunities to connect with a business advisor. You may use our live chat option, email us, schedule an appointment or during specified times walk-in.
NEWLY ADMITTED SPRING 2024 STUDENTS DO NOT USE THE ADVISING SERVICES AS YOU WILL BE REFERRED BACK TO COMPLETE THE CBE ADVISING PROCESS IN CANVAS.

To connect with an advisor, select from the options below. To better assist all students, please do not duplicate your inquiry as it may slow the response process.
Business Advising Online Live Chat (virtual service)
Current students, chat with a Business Advisor to ask your quick questions. During your Live Chat session, you will be having a real-time back and forth text conversation with a business advisor that is similar to a one-on-one session. If you are newly admitted to the University, please visit the Newly Admitted Student webpage. NOTE: We may end live Chat early if we reach capacity.
Live chat is available during the following times (excluding holidays and when the campus is closed):
- Mondays 1:30pm-2:30pm
- Tuesdays 1:30pm-2:30pm

Check My Semester Schedule (Fall 2024)
A Business Advisor will review your schedule and respond to your CSUF email address within 3 business days, Monday through Friday, after you submit the form. Our review will be based on your current TDA; please indicate if you’re taking any courses outside of CSUF. (If you have already submitted an email request to business advising please "DO NOT" duplicate your request here).
Please use your TDA and CBE Roadmaps to develop a tentative schedule to the best of your ability. Here is some guidance for "How to Create a Schedule"

Walk-In Advising Session (In-Person)
Have Quick Questions? Visit the BAC and take advantage of our convenient 15-Minute Walk-In Sessions . Please come prepared to make the most of the session. Students may sign up for a Walk-In session at the front desk in SGMH 1201 starting 30 minutes before each scheduled time and return for their designated session. Spots are available on a first-come first-serve basis. We may end walk-ins early if we reach capacity but you may return during other scheduled times.

- Tuesdays 9:00 - 10:00am
- Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:00am
- Thursdays 9:00 - 10:00am

If you do not see the Business Advising Center location appear, that means we are booked. Check back the following morning and throughout the day as appointments will become available/visible on a daily basis.

If you are unable to make your scheduled advising session, you must cancel your appointment. If you cannot cancel your appointment online please email us and provide us with your name, CWID and date and time of appointment at BusinessAdvising@fullerton.edu. Failure to cancel your appointment may impact your ability to schedule appointments in the future.

A Business Advisor will read, research and respond to you within 3-4 business days Monday - Friday; during peark times the response time may increase. This account is monitored daily, by an advisor, to ensure that you are supported. Please do not send duplicate emails as it will slow the processing time.
