Mike is the Senior Vice President of Voit Commercial Brokerage, specializing in the sale and lease of industrial and investmentproperties for over 23 years. Over the course of his successful career, Mike completed more than 884 transactions, totaling more than 23.7 million square feet and an aggregate value in excess of $1.4 billion. He has been with Voit since its inception in 1988.

Mike has a diverse base of real estate experience including tenant representation, build-to-suit transactions, project developments, and investment acquisitions and dispositions. He offers his clients the benefit of sophisticated analytical skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality of real estate services available in the industry. As a result, has generated an impressive list of local and national clientele.

Mike is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the American Industrial Realtors Associates (AIR), and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

In 1983, Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, returning in 1988 for his MBA. He serves on the Executive Council for the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at Cal State Fullerton, and is on the Board of Directors of the Orangewood PALS.

Mike resides in Newport Beach with his wife and three children, and his hobbies include surfing, snowboarding, volleyball, and traveling.
