Pat Donahue
|
Patrick S. Donahue serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Donahue Schriber Realty Group. Mr. Donahue joined the company in 1979 and has been engaged in nearly all of the 32 million square feet of retail space in which the company has been involved. He has worked in every aspect of the business, including leasing, asset management, development and corporate strategy. Mr. Donahue has been instrumental in fostering key relationships and opportunities that paved the way through the company's early days in regional mall development and management and parlaying the knowledge and disciplines obtained into becoming a recognized leader in the operation and development of neighborhood, community and power shopping centers. Mr. Donahue previously served as Executive Vice President Operations and took on the role of President after the sudden death of his brother, Dan Donahue, in 2002. He added the CEO role when Tom Schriber stepped back from his day-to-day duties in 2005. Mr. Donahue assumed the role of Chairman of the Board upon Tom Schriber's retirement in 2010. A 1978 graduate of California State University Fullerton, Mr. Donahue currently serves as a Trustee for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a frequent industry-wide speaker. He is actively involved with KidWorks and its Dan Donahue Center in Santa Ana, CA as well as Guardian Scholars at CSUF and the California Showcase. Mr. Donahue has three adult children and resides in Laguna Beach with his wife, Paula. |

Robert Osbrink Director, RELUI |
Director of the Cal State Fullerton Real Estate and Land Use Institute (RELUI), has been in the commercial real estate industry since the 1970s. He’s provided consulting services agreements for Newmark Knight Frank and R.C. Hobbs Company. Osbrink graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshal School of Business with a B.S in marketing in 1968. He was also an advisory board member for the Lusk Center for Real Estate at USC, House Ear Institute, Discovery Museum, Boys and Girls Club, United Way of Orange County, The Irvine Real Estate Institute and NAIOP Orange County Chapter. |

Gary Edwards Principal at Western Realco |
Gary Edwards has been with Western Realco for over 25 years. Gary responsibilities include site selection, market analysis, financial underwriting, and all due diligence issues for each property. Once the property is acquired, Gary is responsible for entitlement processing, construction management, as well as coordination of marketing activities for the project. During his tenure, the Company has acquired over 1,000 acres and built almost 7 million square feet of product. Prior to joining Western Realco, Gary spent 10 years with the national brokerage firm of Cushman & Wakefield, focusing primarily on land sales as well as industrial and technology building sales and leasing throughout southern California. Gary is a past president of the Inland Empire Chapter of NAIOP, and currently sits on its Advisory Committee as well as being a Co-Chair of its Legislative Committee. He is also on the National Board of Directors for NAIOP. He is currently a member of the SoCal and Southern Nevada Chapters, and was previously on the National Education Sub-Committee for the initial I.con Conference. Melanie Colbert Senior Vice President, LBA Realty

Melanie W. Colbert, CPM, currently serves as Principal of Operations for LBA Realty located in Irvine, CA. Ms. Colbert joined LBA Realty in 1996 and has 30+ years’ experience in commercial real estate. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day property management and operations of the portfolio. LBA currently has ten regional offices and a portfolio of office and industrial properties totaling over 56M square feet with properties located in major markets across the United States including Arizona, California, Washington, Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, Tennessee, Utah, Texas, Illinois, Georgia, Florida, New York and New Jersey. Ms. Colbert also has an active role in asset management, due diligence, construction management and leasing. Prior to joining LBA, Ms. Colbert was previously with Koll Management Services where she managed retail, industrial and multi-tenant office properties throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Ms. Colbert attended the University of Arizona where she studied finance and real estate and currently holds a California Broker’s License. She currently serves on the BOMA Orange County Advisory Board, serves as Vice-Chair of BOMA’s National Advisory Council and previously served on the Board of Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation for four years. Ms. Colbert is married and has two children. She resides in Orange County, California. |
