Steve Haddadin Bio

About

Steve Haddadin is an Entrepreneur with over a decade of Real Estate experience. He is the Founder and President/ Broker of King Real Estate Group, a Real Estate Sales brokerage located in Brea, CA. Steve entered the Real Estate industry at the age of 18, he has a diversity of experience from selling Commercial and Residential properties, Management of Office and Retail properties, Lending, and Development in Orange County and Riverside County. In 2025, he passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt and was sworn in as an attorney on May 9th, 2025.

Steve Haddadin offers his clients the benefit of sophisticated analytical skills and is committed to providing the highest quality of real estate services available in the industry. Haddadin has also developed electric car charging stations, with the first one completed in 2020. He is proud to be an early adopter of electric car charging stations.

Additionally, Haddadin has traveled extensively and was exposed to a diversity of cultures that he brings to his career. In Middle School, Haddadin received the Nixon Geography Award of Distinction for scoring 33/35 on the Nixon Geography Challenge, and was selected by People to People, a student ambassador program founded by President Dwight D. Eisenhower, and was sent to Japan over the summer of 2011. He lived in Amman, Jordan for 2 years of high school. He has also lived in Columbus, Ohio for 3 years of law school, while he simultaneously traveled to all 50 states, visited every Presidential Library, and completed: the American Whiskey Trail, the Kentucky Bourbon Trail®, and the B-Line tour. Haddadin is active in the promotion of these tours. In addition, Steve Haddadin has walked up to the top of the World Trade Center via the stairs (104 floors!) with the Tunnels 2 Towers organization for 9/11 heroes.

Haddadin, an avid Steak connoisseur, took it upon himself in 2022 to dedicate June 21st, his birthday, as National Wagyu Day.

Also in 2022, Haddadin created the Smokin' Steve Old Fashioned cocktail, at Mitchell's Ocean Club in Columbus, Ohio, to bring out a new experience with Old Fashioned lovers.

In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, chess, and traveling. Haddadin is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has played the Violin and the Trumpet during his childhood years.

Education and Certifications

Steve Haddadin is a graduate of: Capital University Law School obtaining a Juris Doctor in 2024, California State University, Los Angeles obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate in 2019, California State University, Fullerton College of Business & Economics

obtaining a B.A. in Finance in 2018, and Fullerton College obtaining an Associate of Arts in Economics and an Accounting Certificate in 2017. He successfully obtained the following prestigious certifications and designations:

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) from the CCIM® Institute, Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS®) from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) from the NAR. Steve currently holds a Real Estate Broker License and Mortgage License in the State of California and is an active member of NAR, California Association of Realtors, Pacific West Association of Realtors, IREM Orange County, and CCIM® Institute Greater Southern California.

Equipped with the knowledge and skills for success, he has received countless accolades and certifications in the industry. In 2021, Haddadin was inducted into Marquis Who's Who in America listees. Also in 2021, Haddadin was rated in the top 10 in Real Estate by the LA Wire.

In the Community

Steve Haddadin is driven by serving others. Haddadin has supported causes in his community that date back to 2013, such as public sporting events to raise money for underprivileged communities.

Steve Haddadin is currently an active board member of the Center for Real Estate at the California State University Fullerton College of Business & Economics. He reformed the center by fostering numerous industry relations with organizations such as the CCIM® Institute, ICSC, and IREM. Haddadin played a pivotal role in the name change from the Real Estate & Land Use Insitute to the Center for Real Estate, and establishing 2 new classes that led to the state articulation agreement and an official Real Estate concentration. He has connected with and inspired many students interested in Real Estate. Prior to his board role with the center, he served as the President of the Real Estate Association while he was a matriculated student. Haddadin's influence on the Center for Real Estate is a true testament to what a CSUF Titan is. As you enter into the Titan Promenade, the first study nook is named after Steve Haddadin. In 2023, Haddadin established the Steve Haddadin Student Travel Endowment to support students in attending the ICSC RECon Conference in Las Vegas. Haddadin started this annual trip and led the first delegation of CSUF students to the ICSC conference in 2018 under his role as the Real Estate Association President.

This fund is to ensure the continuity of the trip. In 2025, Haddadin became a member of the CSUF College of Business & Economics Cornerstone Society and is featured on the Mihaylo Hall wall of Donors.

Additionally, Haddadin served as Vice President of Legislative Affairs for IREM Orange County from December 2nd, 2020 to December 2nd, 2021. He discussed the impacts of the new legislation within the real estate industry, identified different issues, coordinated with the council, and coordinated with politicians and legislative advocate groups.
