Larry L. Howard is an assistant professor in the department of economics at California State University, Fullerton. He received his doctorate in economics from the University of Houston. Dr. Sherif Khalifa is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at California State University, Fullerton. Sherif earned his Ph.D. at the Johns Hopkins University in 2006.
