Application Process
The Business Student Advisory Board (BSAB) aims to enhance the educational experience of students in the College of Business and Economics while serving as a consulting group for the Dean, administrators, faculty, and staff. The Board will support decision-making for the College and act as a liaison between College officials and the business student body.
Eligibility (subject to change):
Currently enrolled undergraduate student with a major in the College of Business and Economics
Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
Ability to serve for one academic year and attend five Friday meetings per semester along with two professional development sessions.
Provide a minimum of one reference form from someone who is not a relative. Professors, CBE staff members, peers, present or past employers, etc. are acceptable references

Selection process and timeline:
- Applicants will be notified by email if invited to a virtual interview.
- Selection of board members will occur during Spring 2025.
- Selected students will attend a mandatory orientation/professional development session.
- Meetings will commence in the Fall 2025 semester and end in the Spring 2026 semester.
- Meetings will be held on Fridays. Tentative dates will be provided in the application and offer letter.
