Why did you join BSAB?I joined BSAB because I wanted to be more actively involved on campus and contribute to improving the College of Business and Economics. As a first-generation student, I'm passionate about advocating for others and helping to shape positive changes. I also love taking on leadership roles and strongly believe this Board offers a great opportunity to give back to the student community.
Future goals and aspirationsMy future goal is to become a CPA and work in public accounting. I can also see myself starting my own business later in my career. I’m determined to excel in my field and see myself as someone who is both dynamic and determined, constantly seeking growth and new challenges.

I joined the Business Student Advisory Board to take an active role in shaping my education and to help make CBE resources more accessible for all students. Through collaboration and meaningful connections with my peers, I aim to foster a supportive community where we can all grow together. My goal is to engage with like-minded individuals in the CBE community, creating an environment that encourages both personal and collective success.
Future goals and aspirationsI aim to establish a meaningful career in the field of events and business law where I can help and inspire others.

I joined the Business Student Advisory Board to connect and collaborate with my fellow members to enhance the college experience for others. I strongly believe that every student’s opinions and ideas should be heard and addressed to ensure that they are given the best possible educational experience. That being said, I want to be able to advocate for students and be their voice. Thus, I joined the Business Student Advisory Board to make a positive difference on campus.
Future goals and aspirationsI aspire to be a project manager or an individual who is responsible for the planning and execution of projects. I hope that in my future position, I will have the opportunity to travel to other countries to perform my job.

Why did you join BSAB?I wanted to be part of the Business Student Advisory Board because it gives me the opportunity to work closely with the Dean and other key administrators, allowing me to have a direct impact on shaping the College of Business and Economics. As a member, I also serve as a liaison between students and college officials, giving me the chance to provide input on decisions that improve the educational experience for business students. It’s a great way for me to contribute to the college while gaining valuable leadership and consulting experience.
Future goals and aspirationsMy future goals include becoming a CPA within the next few years. After gaining 3-4 years of work experience, I plan to pursue a master’s degree. I’m interested in either working in public accounting or government accounting where I can build a solid foundation and expand my expertise in the field.

Why did you join BSAB?I joined BSAB because I have enjoyed working in student body leadership positions in the past. I think that being on the board is a unique way to team up with other people who also enjoy being a leader, and I am eager to see the projects that we work on come to fruition.
Future goals and aspirations.As of now, I would like to work as a personal financial planner or an attorney.

Why did you join BSAB?I joined the Business Student Advisory Board for several key reasons. First, as a first-generation student from a lower-income neighborhood, I am committed to seizing every opportunity my school offers to grow and succeed. Second, I aim to apply the skills I’ve developed in the classroom to real-world situations, helping to create positive change for both current and future students. Lastly,I am eager to take on a leadership role and demonstrate my ability to guide and inspire the next generation of outstanding business professionals.
Future goals and aspirationsMy future goals are divided into two key areas: academic and career. Academically, I am focused on graduating in the upcoming spring semester, followed by pursuing a master’s degree and eventually a doctorate. On the career side, I aim to begin by securing a marketing role to gain practical experience, then transition into a management position within marketing. Ultimately, I aspire to leverage my expertise to either become an entrepreneur in marketing technology, serve as Chief Marketing Officer, or advance to the role of Chief Executive Officer for a Fortune 500 company.

I want to be able to drive positive change within our business school and help ensure that student concerns are heard and addressed, ultimately enhancing the overall student experience and strengthening our College of Business and Economics.
Future goals and aspirationsI aspire to grow into a leadership role within a company where I can help shape organizational strategy, foster a positive workplace culture, and implement innovative systems to streamline HR processes. Ultimately, I want to make a meaningful impact on the organizations I work for, contributing to both their success and the development of their employees. I am also looking forward to continuingmy education to learn more about human capital and systems integration.

Why did you join BSAB?I joined the Business Student Advisory Board because I wanted to be the change. I am a first generation, low income and Latina student. The resources needed for success had always been limited or a challenge to obtain. Therefore, as a first year, I want to make it clear and easier for our students to continue their paths of higher education and we as a community will continue to support them.
Future goals and aspirationsCurrently, with being involved in different leadership positions, I would like to utilize it to help create a better environment for our students as well as understanding my new community. Being a first year, my goals and aspirations are always subjected to change; but as of now I am currently trying to get on the path to one day go to law school for Business Law.

Why did you join BSAB?I joined the Business Student Advisory Board as a spokesperson for the business college. As a student, I am deeply care about other students where abouts and concerns. I want to be able to help the students on aiding their concerns to make a difference. I do believe it's a great opportunity to contribute to the student community and make a positive impact. Being part of the board allows me to develop leadership skills, collaborate with others, and work towards improving the student experience. Plus, it's a fantastic way to network and learn from fellow students and faculty members.
