Data collected is used to provide statistical support on internships, employment and other information to CSUF College of Business and Economics for rankings, AACSB accreditation, and strategic planning. The TitansHIRED platform is connected through your student portal and should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. All information of an individual nature will be kept confidential.

"Megan was kind and assured me that...she would assist me whenever possible. Megan asked me about what job I was going for and what it was about. After I told her, she began to look up interview questions that they would ask me...It was terrible. I had no idea how to respond to simple questions such as "What is your biggest strength and weakness?" Megan helped me figure out a few answers...She gave me her own examples as I figured out my own answers to those questions. She later printed out all of the questions and sent me home with homework to practice answering the questions. If I had any issues with a particular question, I could email her and ask. The next session went more smoothly as I was able to answer most questions. She worked with me until I could understand the process of answering questions. After all of the sessions, I am proud to say that I now have a job lined up that pays me more money in a year that I have ever made in my entire life time combined up until now."
