Student Success Stories
"The Career Center Services is amazing! The staff is so helpful and always wants to see students succeed. When I started recruiting for an internship I knew I had to get my resume and cover letter polished. With the help of Kasey, I was able to get my resume updated so I could start looking for internships. Career Services is the first place to start when looking for an internship or a job! I am super grateful for all the support you have provided me with! Thank you!" - Ivan Barrueta '17, B.A. Business Administration, Accounting
"Megan was kind and assured me that...she would assist me whenever possible. Megan asked me about what job I was going for and what it was about. After I told her, she began to look up interview questions that they would ask me...It was terrible. I had no idea how to respond to simple questions such as "What is your biggest strength and weakness?" Megan helped me figure out a few answers...She gave me her own examples as I figured out my own answers to those questions. She later printed out all of the questions and sent me home with homework to practice answering the questions. If I had any issues with a particular question, I could email her and ask. The next session went more smoothly as I was able to answer most questions. She worked with me until I could understand the process of answering questions. After all of the sessions, I am proud to say that I now have a job lined up that pays me more money in a year that I have ever made in my entire life time combined up until now." -Jason Quach '16, Business Administration, Economics
