Our director works with groups as a CEO coach, pitch coach, and consultant on board development, marketing, presentations, fund development, as well as facilitating comprehensive strategic plans that transform organizations.

Coaching and consulting is contracted as part of Gianneschi Memberships which include CEO training as well as access to the G3X conference and lectures.

Special Post-CoVID Planning Membership

For a limited time, this membership is available to a limited number of organizations thanks to suport from the Orange County Community Foundation. The membership includes up to three (2-hour) sessions with Zoot Velasco consulting on a Post-COVID 1-year emergency bridge strategic plan; and access for one staff-member to the G3X Conference and lectures for a year.
G3X Individual Membership
Gold $3200
All of Silver (g ood for access to the G3X conference and eight monthly training throughout the year; plus a seat at the CEO Accelerator weekend training program) plus 20 hours of coaching over a year for an individual. A $3,800 value.
G3X Organizational Membership
Silver $3200
Includes all of Bronze (good for three individual memberships and one seat at the CEO Accelerator Weekend) plus Coaching and Consulting services for 20 Hours over 10 months. A $4,485 value.
Gold $5200
Includes all of Silver plus facilitation of a comprehensive org evaluation and 3-year strategic plan. A $9,485 value.
Platinum $6000
Includes all of Gold plus a second seat at the CEO Accelerator Weekend for a senior manager or board president. A $10,480 value.
