Prof. Jeff Greenberg
Mr. Greenberg is a successful high-tech entrepreneur who has launched 2 thriving startups. He founded Hiperwall with 2 partners who built the company’s product, while he was CEO and did everything else, including sales, marketing, customer support, finance, staffing and more. He grew the company into a global multi-million-dollar business with customers in 60 countries around the world. Today, he retains a seat on the board of directors and spends most of his time helping other entrepreneurs achieve similar success.
He began his career as a software engineer, working for large enterprises like McDonnell Douglass, Toshiba, Canon and Xerox, as well as startup Dayflo, named software company of the year by PC Magazine. Over time, he transitioned to a technical marketing role, then through product management, brand management, strategic planning and eventually into general management. In 2000 he shifted his focus to the world of hi-tech startups. Since that time, he has worked for emerging companies as a consultant, advisor, or founder.
Besides being an active entrepreneur, Mr. Greenberg is an international startup coach and teaches a variety of innovation and startup classes at Cal State Fullerton UC Irvine and Irvine Valley College. He holds multiple patents and is a published author whose work has appeared in preeminent publications such as PC Magazine, U.S., News & World Report, PC Computing and Digital Signage Magazine. The foundation of Mr. Greenberg’s strengths is a strong educational background that includes a B.S. in computer science from Rutgers University, an M.S. in computer science from U.C. Irvine and an MBA from the executive program at Pepperdine University.
