The quick answer: Orange County is one of the most entrepreneurial regions in the USA. But, when compared to the other powerhouses of regional entrepreneurship such as Silicon Valley, Route 128 in Boston, or others, how does OC rank in overall Entrepreneurship? That question has intrigued us at the CSUF Center for Entrepreneurship and, thus, propelled us to go forward with a major study which was launched in late November 2009 and continues to this day.
