Gary is an Audit Partner with the Irvine, CA office of PricewaterhouseCoopers and is focused on serving companies in the Firm's Private Company Services Practice.

With more than 20 years of industry and public accounting experience, Gary has assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, including several private placements of capital and initial public offerings. Gary has extensively advised public and private companies, and presented and published on corporate governance, SEC, and Sarbanes-Oxley related matters. His experience also includes serving as chief financial officer for a publicly-held bio pharmaceutical company.

Gary has worked extensively with private equity-owned and venture capital backed clients in a wide range of industries, including medical device, technology hardware and software, manufacturing, distribution, and life sciences. He is the Key Relationship Partner to several private equity firms, coordinating the delivery of audit, tax, advisory and transactional due diligence services through the Firm’s professionals across multiple domestic and international offices.

Professional qualifications and memberships: A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, Gary also serves on the Board of Directors of the California Society of CPAs – Orange County/Long Beach Chapter, Forum for Corporate Directors, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, the Center for Corporate Reporting & Governance at California State University, Fullerton, and various advisory committees to prominent Southern California Universities.

Specialties: Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Governance, and Business Advisory Services expertise to Technology Companies and inventory driven businesses; M&A and Capital Markets Transactions.

Gary received his B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Michigan. the role from Scott Farber, Irvine Audit partner and member of the firm's Partnership Board.
