The Professional MBA: Built for the Working Leader
Through a cohort-based, hybrid format and a curriculum built for professionals already established in their field, students sharpen their strategic thinking, expand their network and prepare to lead at a higher level, without hitting a career pause. The two-year cohort-based approach has a hybrid format, with 50% of coursework online and the other half in Saturday sessions, designed for working professionals. The eight-week mini-semester approach translates into summers off, while a one-week leadership-focused study abroad experience ensures students have the global focus needed to lead across an organization.

The FLEX MBA: Maximize Your Potential Before You Leave School
Early- to mid-career professionals preferring flexibility, including those trying to change their career by shifting industries or functions, will be able to demonstrate specialized expertise or knowledge by choosing from the 11 concentrations available in this program: Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, Human Resources, Management, Organizational Leadership, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Marketing, as well as a broad generalist path.
Students have the flexibility to adjust their courseload to suit their needs. However, the program structure is designed for completion in about two to three years.
