The Student Advisory Board (SAB) is a group of dedicated CSUF Entertainment and Hospitality Management (EHM) students using managerial and leadership skills while supporting the EHM academic program and the Center's short-and-long-term goals and overall vision- connecting EHM students with the industry.

President, Media: Paul Posadas

I'm Paul Posadas, a storyteller by craft and a strategist by discipline. I study Entertainment and Hospitality Management and Marketing at Cal State Fullerton, and I'm President of Media Entertainment for the Center for Entertainment and Hospitality Management and Chief Marketing Officer of OBIS Digital. With a background in award-winning cinematography, sales, and hospitality training, I bring creative vision and business strategy together. I aspire to become a creative director, producer, and executive leader in entertainment and hospitality.

President, Experiences - Alyssa Van Waas

 

Hi everyone, I'm Alyssa Van Waas, President of Experiences on the Student Advisory Board and a fourth-year Business Administration major concentrating in Entertainment and Hospitality Management! I've worked in special events, waitressing, and theater management, and I hope to build a career in live events. Outside of school, I love reading, dancing, film, art, and spending time with loved ones.

VP of Marketing: Ava Montano

Ava Montano is a fourth-year Business Administration student, with a concentration in Entertainment and Hospitality Management. She serves as Vice President of Marketing for the Center for Entertainment & Hospitality Management and as Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer for Associated Students Inc. (ASI). Ava is passionate about creating impactful student experiences, fostering inclusive campus communities, and connecting students with opportunities in the entertainment, hospitality, and live events industries.

VP of Creative Development: Camryn Wener

Camryn Wener is a University Honors student in her final year at Cal State Fullerton, pursuing a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a business minor in Entertainment Business. She is also a Public Affairs Community Service Officer at the CSUF Police Department, where she has built hands-on experience in community engagement and media outreach. Camryn hopes to pursue a PR career in the music industry.

VP of Production: Ana Treadway

Hi, I'm Ana Treadway, a senior at CSUF studying Marketing with a minor in Cinema and Television. I do wedding photography and videography with my husband, and I'm currently a Creative Director intern at Casanova McCann. I'm also VP of Social Media and Internal Communications for TITANIAM. I hope to work in entertainment marketing or production, and in my free time I enjoy rock climbing, board games, and creating social media content.

VP of Operations - Jaylene Castro

Hi, I'm Jaylene Castro, a student at Cal State Fullerton pursuing a bachelor's in Communications with an emphasis in Tourism and Entertainment, and a minor in Entertainment and Hospitality Management. My future goals include working in the travel or sports industry. I have a passion for people and customer service, and my love of sports, especially Formula 1 and hockey, fuels my ambition to join the industry.

VP of Events - Jaeden Le

Hi, I'm Jaeden Le, an aspiring HR professional in hospitality with experience in HR, community development, education, and buying. I'm excited to serve as the new Vice President of Events. I love connecting with people and helping others feel heard and valued. I'm an incoming senior at CSUF studying Entertainment and Hospitality Management, with a passion for synthwave music, fantasy roleplaying, and video games. I hope to help create memorable experiences and lasting positive impact.

VP of Engagement - Kai Rongavilla Cruz

Kai Rongavilla Cruz is a first-generation, 4th-year Business Administration student concentrating in Marketing, interested in working in entertainment, events, and marketing after graduation. Along with serving as the first VP of Engagement, he is the Disney College Program Representative at CSUF, a Sports Marketing Project Coordinator Intern for Titan Athletics, and a Director of Social Media for TITANIAM. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing volleyball, and singing.

Director of Marketing - Nicholas Beiza

Hi, I'm Nicholas Beiza, a Senior studying Business Administration with a concentration in Entertainment and Hospitality Management. I have 5 years of Sales experience with Ford and am a licensed real estate agent, which built my customer relationship and time-management skills. I love meeting new people and I'm excited for this new chapter with the EHM center.

Hi, I'm Evan Contemprato, Director of Creative Development for the Entertainment and Hospitality Center. I'm a fourth-year Business Administration student concentrating in Entertainment and Hospitality Management, with a passion for live entertainment like concerts, festivals, and live shows. I'd love to work in that field someday.

Director of Production - Yahaira Loera

Hi, I'm Yahaira Loera, editor of the OCTAVE Newsletter and Director of Production for the EHM student advisory board. I'm an International Business student concentrating in Global Trade, passionate about international entertainment and hospitality. My background blends business and creative work, from directing promotional media to brand ambassador work. In my free time, I enjoy ceramics, drawing, reading, and exploring the music scene.

Hi, I'm Sandra Zavala, a Business Administration student concentrating in Entertainment and Hospitality Management. As Director of Operations, I support the board and keep our projects organized. Hi, I'm Miguel, a 4th-year EHM major with an Art minor and a transfer student from Oxnard College. My goal is a career bringing communities together around music and art. As Director of Events Planning, I'm using my experience organizing club and community events to create meaningful opportunities for CSUF students.

Director of Engagement - Damyn Hopkins

Hi, I'm Damyn Hopkins, majoring in Entertainment and Hospitality Management. I'm passionate about sports leagues and animated film, and I already have a foot in the sports industry as a Parking Lot Attendant with the LA Angels, where I aim to climb the managerial ladder. My ten years of experience across administration, security, retail, and event staff have given me a well-rounded foundation for a career in facility and operations management.
