One day she was listening to the radio, and heard a quote that said "Your hobbies, or what you do on your free time, should be your career". Since then, she discovered her passion for being part of a team that created events, and loved seeing everyone's reaction once the event was over. It was then that she realized EHM would help her make this 'hobby' into a reality.

Still wanting to pursue a career where I can apply my creative and technical skills in my future career, EHM felt like the best concentration option the business department had to offer. She also felt like she belonged in EHM because she wanted to understand the ins and outs of a movie production, video game department, conventions, and travel incentives.
Karen has a wide range of volunteer experience such as helping at Wondercon, SDCC, Casual Connect, Blizzard Entertainment's BlizzCon, local film showings, and more. She hopes to find an internship this summer or fall of 2018.

Right now, Cassandra works at a Finance company, engaging in administrative work in addition to being in charge of social media and client events.
Her dream job is to help with the execution of concerts/festivals, and possibly even doing a bit of touring with an artist or band. She would also love to be a part of the experimental marketing team for the sponsors that we see at live events, in hopes to make it a more interactive experience before the show begins.
