Student Involvement
Become an Intern for the Center!
The CSU Fullerton Center for Economic Education strives not only to provide workforce development opportunities to our nearby communities but to our very own aspiring Titans as well. If you're a student looking to make a positive impact on your community and the lives of others, consider applying for a semester-long internship with the Center. During your time with us, you'll have the chance to explore a range of ways to give back and get involved. Active participants may even be eligible to receive a small scholarship for their endeavors.
Student interns will be primarily tasked with supporting the Center's mission of promoting economic and financial literacy in schools (K-12), institutions of higher learning, and the larger community. They will also have the chance to work alongside Center staff to assist in economic research, host economic/financial literacy workshops, and help tutor homeless/women's shelter residents.
By the end of their internship, students should attain a greater ability to disseminate economic and financial concepts, translate classroom knowledge into the real world, and be more familiar with speaking in front of a live audience.
