Certificate in Personal Financial Planning Program Overview
The Financial Planning Roadmap (pdf) provides an overview of the required courses for the Professional Certificate in Personal Financial Planning Program, as well as semester planning so students may complete the sequence in four semesters (or about two years), if full-time status is maintained.

The purpose of the Professional Certificate in Personal Financial Planning Program Sign Off Sheet is for students to acknowledge that they understand that they must successfully complete the entire set of Professional Certificate in Personal Financial Planning Program courses to fulfill the education coursework requirement for CFP® certification, intend to pursue this professional certificate study plan, and understand that fulfillment of the education coursework requirement for CFP® certification does not guarantee that he/she will attain CFP® certification.
Please complete the sign off sheet (pdf) and submit along with your proof of CFP® account creation and completed Request for Minor/Certificate Objective Form (available at the Office of Admissions and Records in LH-114) as a hard copy to the Department of Finance in SGMH-5113.
