The program is open to College of Business and Economics students of all genders enrolled as sophomores, juniors, seniors or graduate students with at least 3.00 GPA. Criteria for selection include academic achievement, leadership experience, community involvement and application content. First impressions count. Your application to become a participant in the Women’s Leadership Program is your opportunity to make a strong first impression. Please provide detailed responses when completing your application. Application review is a competitive process, and those individuals who score the highest across all selection criteria will be selected. All eligible students are encouraged to apply.  WLP does not consider sex, gender or any other protected status as part of the application and selection process.

WLP members must commit to six of seven sessions. Each event is held on a Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m, with the exception of the International Women’s Day Conference. Lunch is included.
