Cal State Fullerton Prepares to Host SoCal Celebrates Entrepreneurship Event

In an era of rapidly changing economic conditions, the Southern California entrepreneurial community will return to Cal State Fullerton on Saturday, April 19 for the 2025 SoCal Celebrates Entrepreneurship event, which unites entrepreneurs, college students, business leaders and venture capitalists from across Southern California in a quest to network, develop the next generation of startup talent, and perfect one another’s skills. This free event, which will be held at the Titan Student Union, is sponsored by the CSUF Startup Incubator, an initiative of the College of Business and Economics at Cal State Fullerton.

Highlights will include an exhibitor showcase bringing together innovative companies and entrepreneurs to showcase cutting-edge products, services and technologies; panel discussions on entrepreneurial challenges and opportunities; and a fast-paced lightning pitch event in which aspiring entrepreneurs will develop their pitches and storytelling abilities.

“SoCal Celebrates Entrepreneurship brings together more than 500 startups, investors, lenders, students and innovation enthusiasts. Add a dash of social and economic impact, insights from 20+ experts in new venture creation, and a dynamic student pitch contest, and you have an electrifying event set for April 19! ” explains John Bradley Jackson ’77, director of the Center for Entrepreneurship.

Chapman University’s Argyos School of Business and Economics, UC Irvine, the North Orange County Community College District, Cal State University Dominguez Hills, Cal State University Long Beach, Cal State University Los Angeles, Westcliff University, and Concordia University’s business school are partners making this event possible, as are numerous local and regional businesses and venture capital firms.

Currently, there are still opportunities to showcase your brand, share your expertise or support SoCal Celebrates Entrepreneurship financially.
