LEADERSHIP SCHOLARS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Why do I need to take MGMT 442 or 443?
A: As a Leadership Scholar, you must have some background and/or academic exposure to the major leadership principles that guide leadership excellence.

Q: Do I need to take only 1 class or must I take both classes?
A: While only 1 class is required, we recommend that students take as many organizational behavior and leadership classes as their schedule permits.

Q: What will happen if I attend the required number of workshops but do not take one of the required classes (either MGMT 442 or 443)?
A:Students will not be paired for the shadowing experience unless they have completed or registered for MGMT 442 or 443. They will also not be listed on our website as a Leadership Scholar.

Q: Can I be a Leadership Scholar if I do not take one of the classes?
A: Students will not be paired for the shadowing experience unless they have completed or registered for MGMT 442 or 443. They will also not be listed on our website as a Leadership Scholar.

Q: The application says the minimum GPA is 2.5. Is that for courses completed at Fullerton or a cumulative GPA?
A: Your GPA at Cal State Fullerton will be the only one taken into consideration when you apply.
