The Leadership Voice
“The Leadership Voice”, a local television program curated by the Center for Leadership, engages top-level executives from the Orange County (Southern California) area in discussions about leadership excellence and development, while incorporating field research by California State University, Fullerton faculty.
Each episode features a different business or community leader, and draws from their experiences and knowledge to provide viewers with insight into leadership ideas. Eight episodes will air each academic year.
The target audience ranges from college students to business owners that wish to learn about these topics. However the monthly episodes will be aired on major cable networks as well as Cal State University Fullerton’s channel. This generates numerous marketing and branding opportunities that allow the Center to refine and define itself as the “leadership voice”.
“The Leadership Voice” also promotes knowledge of best practices and current leadership dialogue to CSUF and the community. Student volunteers will acquire exposure to great ideas and executives. Feature guests on the show gain recognition, which builds a stronger relationship between them and the Center—thus benefiting various initiatives like Leadership Scholars and Bring Learning to Work.
By introducing dialogue around leadership and leaders, “The Leadership Voice” sets precedence in the Orange County business community and supports the Center for Leadership in accomplishing its initiatives to benefit students and the community.
