The Giles-O'Malley Center for Leadership partners with top leaders and businesses of Orange County to pursue our mission of integrating leadership into every area of our community. We do so through our founding principles of connect, develop, and serve which shape all our initiatives. 

Our initiatives touch every level of the University including undergraduate students, graduate students, alumni and the business community. We create ways in which all of these levels can connect, develop and serve through mentorship, networking opportunities, corporate workshops, a Master's concentration, leadership positions, scholarships and so much more!

We believe leadership extends far beyond traditional boundaries, and true leadership is a synergy of building relationships, continuous improvement and making a positive impact. We are dedicated to fostering leadership skills, personal growth, and community engagement among students and professionals. 

The Center's dedication to building community and relationships is evident in its partnerships with high-level executives, industry experts, and community leaders. By facilitating interactions between these accomplished individuals and aspiring leaders, the Center creates a platform for mentorship, networking, and the exchange of ideas.
