Each year the Center and its highly esteemed board of advisors recognizes the best in executive leadership and leadership development. Leadership Awards are presented in the categories below.

• Excellence in Leadership Development

This award recognizes outstanding Orange County or Southern California organizations that have excelled in developing human capital as evidenced by organizational policies and creative leadership development programming.

• Leadership Excellence in Community Engagement

This company award recognizes outstanding Orange County or Southern California organizations that have demonstrated excellence in corporate social responsibility and community outreach.

• Excellence in Executive Leadership

This award recognizes outstanding Orange County or Southern California executives who have demonstrated exemplary success in one or more of the following: Community Engagement, Cultural Change, Growth, Innovation, and/or Strategy.

• Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Business and Philanthropy

This award recognizes community leaders for a lifetime of excellence in business and philanthropy.

Winners will be recognized at the Center for Leadership's 14th Annual Leadership Awards on May 2, 2025 at The Hyatt Regency Irvine.
