The vision of the Center for Leadership is to develop the leadership capacity of students and the Orange County community through education, training, and outreach.
Center for Family Business
In 1995 Cal State Fullerton, the third largest business school in the nation, formed the Center for Family Business to assist family businesses in recognizing their common problems and in finding solutions to the unique issues that confront them. The Center's mission is to use education to help family businesses in our region grow and prosper and to keep harmony in the family.
Center for Entrepreneurship
We teach, coach and lead the principled, cross-disciplinary practice of entrepreneurship. We believe that, through determined practice, leadership and team work, our students, faculty, clients, volunteers and alums can systematically recombine the new and the old to forge new ventures, create an entrepreneurial culture, and dramatically benefit our community.
Center for Real Estate
The Center for Real Estate offers a real estate program designed for students who are principally interested in careers in the real estate industry. The program covers general and specialized real estate knowledge that is applicable to professional areas such as real estate finance and investment, brokerage, market analysis, and appraisal as well as being pertinent to the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of real property.
Small Business Institute
The Center offers strategic consulting to businesses looking to take their firms to the next level. We assist our clients by helping them identify where they would like to take their business and providing direction on how to get there.
Sales Leadership Center
The Sales Leadership Center's goals are to provide students with a link between the university and the business world by providing sales training courses, workshops, competitions, project based learning, networking, scholarships, career services, and social activities.
Graduate Studies
College of Business and Economics MBA graduates gain expertise in both the technical and business skills needed to succeed in a dynamic business community. Yet, the Full-time MBA program provides additional career and professional development opportunities for graduates including specific leadership, interpersonal and business-acumen skills, along with the top flight world-class, in-depth functional knowledge for which we’ve always been known.
Business Honors
If you are a talented and highly motivated student committed to obtaining the most out of your collegiate experience, you need look no further. The Business Honors Program at the College of Business and Economics provides a socially and professionally stimulating academic environment to a select group of business administration students.

Our mission is to cultivate relationships with the College of Business and Economics students, faculty, clubs, alumni, and the business community to advance career opportunities for undergraduate students and prepare them to be “ready to work, ready to lead.”
