Having challenges adding an information systems and decision sciences (ISDS) course? Through the Permit Request Form (PDF document), undergraduate and graduate students can petition for permits to courses they are unable to add on their own by describing the errors occurring and giving the permit request details.

Please fill out and save the PDF form and then e-mail it to ISDSdept@fullerton.edu for review. You will receive an email message from the department with an update.

PERMIT REQUEST SUBMITTED PRIOR TO REGISTRATION DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
