Introducing the 2023-2024 Student Leadership Team
The Student Leadership Team is comprised of student volunteers who have shown commitment and involvement within the center. They assist the Director and Coordinator with the planning and execution of all student-focused events.
President: Bryce Frazelle
I am a Senior at Cal State Fullerton getting my degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. My graduation date is Spring of 2024. I have been the President at the Sales Leadership Center (SLC) since Spring of 2022. As President, I am responsible for empowering the Sales Leadership Team and helping the center achieve its goals. I hold a line of communication between students, sponsors, and faculty. This position has taught me so many valuable lessons over the years. I have been able to fine tune my sales skills, lead a team of 14 students, properly conduct weekly meetings, and properly communicate within professional organizations. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, being outdoors, and weightlifting.

VP of Marketing: Harrison Nguyen
I am a fourth-year student at California State University, Fullerton, with a joint concentration in Marketing and Information Systems / Decision Science, with an expected graduation date of May 2024. During my time at CSUF, I have found a love for Business and being involved within the community! I am currently the Vice President of Marketing for the Sales Leadership team at CSUF and have enjoyed the journey! I can't wait to be more involved and see you all at some SLC Events!

Social Media Chair: Lindsey Pilker
I am a fourth-year student at California State University, Fullerton with an expected graduation rate of May 2024. I am studying Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and I am also minoring in Entertainment & Hospitality. I serve as Social Media Chair on the Sales Leadership Team, and I also partake as a Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters (Fullerton Cohort). Additionally, I am currently interning for the Gastronome dining hall, on campus, as a Marketing Intern. I am interested in expanding my knowledge and education to help me reach my future goals, which is why I plan on receiving my Sales Certificate. Upon graduation I hope to work for an employer that will allow me to be creative in the Sales or Marketing departments. I believe these are areas of work I am most passionate about and would like to gain work experience that will also challenge me.
In my free time I like to cook, hike, swim, read, and babysit my nephew. I am very passionate about nutrition, and I hope to incorporate that into my work one day. I love to read and have a long-term goal of writing and publishing a novel. Furthermore, I look forward to having my own family and traveling in the future.

Riddhi Patel is a junior at California State University, Fullerton. She is majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and accounting with an expected graduation in spring 2025. Riddhi serves as a business peer mentor, empowering other students to succeed by sharing her knowledge and experience. Also, she is passionate about offering support and passing on what she learned to new generations. Her goal from the Sales and Leadership Center is to gain communication skills, interact with others, understand the marketing process, and, most importantly, learn how to lead. In the future, she intends to become a Certified Public Accountant.

My name is Jonathan Romero. A career goal of mine is to potentially find a career in the commercial real estate industry. For the Latino community I hope I can do more by helping the next generation or helping the current Latino organizations the best way I can before and after my graduation. Some of my interest are canoeing, dividend investing, and fútbol. My current major is Business Administration with a concentration in finance. Expected graduation date is May 2024.

Alumni Chair: Kevin Phan
Hi everyone, my name is Kevin, and I'm in my final semester at Cal State Fullerton. Anticipating my graduation in Fall 2023, I'm pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration. At school, I'm actively engaged with the Sales Leadership Center, holding the position of Alumni chair. Since 2021, I've been a sales associate at T-Mobile, gaining invaluable communication and sales expertise while fostering important connections. Looking ahead, I aspire to delve into personal finance, insurance, risk management, and possibly real estate. During my leisure time, you'll find me hitting the gym and immersing myself in educational books on nutrition.
VP of Operations: Connor Logan
I am a transfer student from Orange Coast College, currently studying marketing at California State University, Fullerton. I am on the board for the Sales and Leadership team at CSUF, where I am the V.P. of Operations for the Sales Center. I currently help organize and run the operations and logistics at the sales center.
In my free time, I like to stay active by going to the gym or hitting the trails on my mountain bike. I am an assistant director for the Mira Costa Band and Cologuard in Manhattan Beach, where we compete through a competitive marching band season. My experiences from coaching high school marching band have helped me develop professional skill sets that have translated into the business world.
Operations Chair: Adilene Carrera
My name is Adilene Carrera and I am a senior, majoring in Business Administration with a double concentration in Marketing and Accounting. My expected graduation date is May 2024. I currently serve as the operations chair with SLT and as the Vice President of Learning & Development with the Giles O’Malley Center for Leadership - Leadership Scholars. My career interests/passions revolve around sales and consumer behavior, having had two sales internships as an Account Executive with Bimbo Bakeries USA. Upon graduation, I hope to begin my career with a Food and Beverage company within the Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry with my ultimate goal of becoming a sales executive.
