The Department of Management issues permits for:

• Undergraduate and graduate students.
• All MGMT courses.
• BUAD 210, BUAD 360, BUAD 410, and BUAD 591.

The Department of Marketing issues permits for:

• BUAD 201, BUAD 301, BUAD 501, and BUAD 501A.
• For more information on the Marketing Departments permit

Adding an open MGMT course?

• International Business students need to have completed or be enrolled in BUAD 301 in order to enroll in either MGMT 339 or MGMT 340.
• If you have fulfilled the pre-requisites and co-requisites and are still unable to add a BUAD or MGMT course, you should submit a permit request form.

Adding an open MGMT 449 course?

• The Department of Management requires students to complete pre-requisites before requesting a MGMT 449 permit
• Refer to your TDA to view any remaining pre-requisites

Adding a waitlisted MGMT course?

• The Department of management requires students to complete pre-requisites and co-requisites before adding a waitlisted course.
• Refer to your TDA to view any remaining pre-requisites

Open University Students:

• Please utilize the Request for Approval form via the open university website.

• PDF versions of the permit form sent to our email will not be accepted. Please only submit a Permit Request Form via Adobe Form with the link below.
• Once submitted, you will recieve an email response within 24-72 hours.
  • If approved, you will be sent instructions on how to enroll using the permit from managementdept@fullerton.edu.
  • If denied, you will be given a reason for denial from managementdept@fullerton.edu 
• Permit turnaround times vary from 24-48 hours due to high volume.
• The form has space for students to indicate 3 choices of sections. To increase your chances of getting into a section, we strongly recommend that you indicate 3 choices.
• Early Permit Request will be denied. Please wait until your registration date to request a permit.
