The Department of Information Systems & Decision Sciences (ISDS) is one of six departments in the
Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at the
California State University – Fullerton.
The department offers courses to undergraduate students which form the basis for
Information Systems (IS) concentration and
Management Science (MS) concentration. We also offer two
graduate programs: The Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) and the Master of Science
in Information Technology (MSIT). The MSIT program is taught in an on-line format.
The Department also supports the
College MBA program by offering concentrations in Information
Systems and Management Science.
The Department is home to faculty who are very active researchers in the fields of Information
Systems and Decision Science. Research publications by faculty have appeared in leading business
journals such as MIS-Quarterly, Management Science, Operations Research, Marketing Science and
Information Systems Research.
