· Land Use & Environmental Law: Leading project teams including engineers, architects, technical consultants (traffic, noise, air, and biological and cultural resources professionals), lawyers, land-owners, C-Suite, and local governments to effectively streamline project approval.
· California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA): Conducting research and develop strategies related to Environmental Impact Reports (EIR), Mitigated Negative Declarations (MND), CEQA Exemptions.
· Real Estate Development: Minimizing environmental and site plan review for clients by working closely with project teams to navigate complex local and state processes.
