Titan Capital Management board members are expected to be actively engaged to help the faculty and staff deliver the learning outcomes of the program. Annual donations are not required to join the TCM board, but periodic sponsorship of program activities is expected. Internships, site visits, and employment opportunities for TCM students is also welcome in lieu of financial contributions.
TCM Advisory Board
The term for each board member is two years, other than board members appointed due to their role, such as the finance department chairperson or foundation staff member. At the two-year anniversary, board member engagement will be evaluated based on the criteria below:
- Continuing service is contingent upon satisfactory contribution to program activities during the previous 2-year term. Satisfactory performance is defined as outlined below:

- Regular attendance at scheduled board and committee meetings.

- Frequent positive contributions to board and committee discussions and scheduled activities.

- Meaningful engagement with TCM students via workshops, conferences, networking and social events, site visits, internships, scholarships, etc.
- Committee members, students, and faculty may be surveyed to evaluate contributions to advisory board activities, if needed.
