Richard O. Parry, Esq. is an Associate Professor with the Management Department in the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, California State University, Fullerton. He teaches legal environment in both undergraduate and graduate classes, as well as employment law and provides student advising in the areas of business law and legal studies. He has published articles on a variety of subjects, including business ethics as well as strategies to assist businesses in minimizing the risk of litigation.
Prior to teaching, Professor Parry represented a number of high-profile clients in litigation, and saw first-hand the astonishing cost of litigation, which provided the motivation to assist companies, by way of published articles, in minimizing the threat of being sued. Professor Parry holds a J.D. from Loyola of Los Angeles Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Denver.
