Terry Giles (’70) was born in St. Louis, Missouri. His career includes buying or building over 35 companies including establishing one of the largest and most successful criminal law firms on the West Coast, the world’s fifth-largest Toyota dealership, and the third-largest Canon copier distributorship. His current company, Giles Enterprises, has diversified interests in biotech, time management , 5-star hotels and restaurants, and financial investments. He is a 1970 alumnus of CSUF and currently serves on the Board of Governors, The College of Business and Economics Dean’s Advisory Board, and the Executive in Residence program. His honors include the prestigious Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans Award and the Vision and Visionaries, Lifetime Leadership, and Distinguished Alumni Awards from Cal State Fullerton. He has also received the Alumni Medal of Honor from Pepperdine University. Philanthropically he is a life member of the Pepperdine University Board of Regents, an emeritus member of the Graduate School of Management at Rice University, on the Board and Executive Committee of MD Anderson Cancer Center, and the founder of the Giles O’Malley Foundation. Terry and his wife Kalli made a major contribution to the College of Business and Economics at Cal State Fullerton resulting in the naming of the Giles-O’Malley Center for Leadership. Terry is now leading a 25 million-dollar vision to build Landmark Hall on the CSUF campus as the new home for the Center for Leadership that will feature the Erhard Institute for Leadership Studies. In 2020, Terry published The Wall Street Journal Bestseller The Fifteen Percent: Overcoming Hardships and Achieving Lasting Success. Terry and his wife, Kalli O’Malley, reside in Texas.
Dr. Sridhar Sundaram serves as the dean of the Cal State Fullerton College of Business and Economics, the largest accredited business school on the West coast. Prior to joining the Titan family, Sundaram served as the Tiedemann-Cotton Dean of the Kate Tiedemann School of Business and Finance and campus dean for the Muma College of Business, both at the University of South Florida. His research, which focuses on finance, most recently examined the impact of the pandemic on minority-owned microbusinesses, including assessing related government policies and their impact. With a higher education career that spans over three decades, he has served in various leadership roles including as a faculty member in finance, department chair, and associate dean. Beyond academia, he enjoys engaging with the local business community and has served on nonprofit boards.

His areas of specialization include work motivation, power and influence, teambuilding, executive development, psychometrics, leadership, and interpersonal skills development. He has published over 105 journal articles, and his research has been cited 7,330+ times and utilized in over 65 countries across 6 continents.
