Dr. Pedro Amaral (Ph.D., University of Minnesota) is an associate professor of economics at the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton where he teaches courses in macroenomics, macrolabor, monetary & fiscal policy, and growth & development. He studies the effects of financial intermediation frictions on economic performance. He is also interested in cross-country episodes of the Great Depression.
