Francis Mummery
Economics - Associate Professor
I began teaching economics at Cal State Fullerton in the Fall of 1995. I also teach at Fullerton College, and I also do economic consulting, primarily for attorneys in cases of personal injury, wrongful death, and wrongful termination.
My main areas of interest are in micro, macro, and legal economics, but I am interested in most fields of economics. At Cal State Fullerton this semester I am teaching Economics 315, but in the past I have taught Econ 100, 201, 202, 310, 315, 333, 335, and 490.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, traveling, and exercising. In January 2004 my wife and I welcomed our first child--Thomas Ian. He has his mom's good looks and his dad's personality.
OK, OK, enough about me. I am totally dedicated to student success. Most people consider economics a tough subject. I try to make it hands-on, and real world with lots of current examples. I look forward to spending time with you in this class.
