Specializing in organizational change, leadership and organizational behavior, Dr. Stephen Duarte examines how leadership styles affects employee characteristics that dictate organizational success; providing direct solutions to companies seeking alternatives to the traditional methods of growth, and wants to maximize their human capital potential.
Dr. Duarte assists companies to achieve their organizational objectives by moving them beyond the P&L sheet and the pursuit of tangible solutions by refocusing on the strengths of their employees and senior leadership for increased productivity and efficiency.
His research incorporates a multi-discipline approach that combines medicine, psychology, and organizational case studies. His most recent work explores the relationship between employee attitude, profitability and leadership.
Dr. Duarte has a Doctorate in Education and MHA from the University of La Verne, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the California State Polytechnic University Pomona and certification in Organizational Strategy from Stanford University – Palo Alto.
