Brad served in multiple capacities at Nestle for 38 years. He began as a sales representative for Carnation Company (later acquired by Nestle) in the Inland Empire, moving through various Sales Management positions related to his sales success and contributions. His background at Nestle includes Sales Technology, Category Management, Sales Training, Innovation Center Development, Customer Education, Syndicated Data Contracts and Use, and Sales Tool Development. He holds a CA teaching credential for secondary education in Business and Marketing, and has taught introductory classes at Chaffey Community College for four years, while also at Nestle. Brad earned numerous sales awards during his tenure at Nestle. The most recent was a Five Talls Award at Nestle Purina in 2018.

Kayla Schneller is a CSUF Alumni, who graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications, Public Relations. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Arts in Human Communication Studies at CSUF. She has experience working for local non-profit organizations in Orange County, specializing in marketing and event planning. While she was a senior at CSUF, she worked at The Honda Center, as a Premium Suites Pantry Coordinator, where she developed additional networking and management skills. She is excited to be a part of the Sales Leadership Center and contribute to the success of the students involved.

Christie holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University along with her Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Organization and Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. In addition to her education, Christie worked with Mars, Inc. for sixteen years holding a variety of sales related positions including Key Account Director, Corporate Trainer, Regional and District Sales Manager. In addition to her educational background, Christie brings with her enthusiasm and a passion for professional sales. Please join us in welcoming Christie to the team.

Informed by a rich professional and educational experience, Joshua offers a practical, contemporary perspective on marketing. Professionally, Joshua has worked for ADT Security Services and Vidant Medical Center, in multiple sales and customer relationship capacities. Academically, foci of both entrepreneurship and marketing have colored an active classroom instruction, facilitating student success. Joshua's primary areas of research interest are consumer behavior, as well as public policy and marketing.
Currently, he is focused on issues of price and financial decision making, specifically within the healthcare context, with financial well-being as a primary outcome. Joshua's past research has included issues of mindfulness (and its potential to positively transform consumer experiences), consumer rage in retail settings, sustainable/green behaviors, the regulation of school nutritional standards, and food anti-consumption behaviors.
