Barry started US Recruiting Group in March 2004 after spending 17 years at Dun & Bradstreet, 12 of those in a management capacity and the last 5 as Regional Vice President. As the RVP, he was responsible for approximately 75 people in his organization and $50m in revenue. The transition to the recruiting business was seamless as he had built an extensive nationwide network through colleagues at D&B, partners, and customer contacts. US Recruiting Group specializes in placing top sales talent, and Barry leans on his experience interviewing and hiring sales people for his own team while at D&B.
