Approach

I engage students by encouraging them to set their own learning goals. I use team assignments, case studies, current events, and personal experiences (both yours and mine) to bring evidence-based principles to life.

Experience

At Cal State Fullerton, I teach courses in Organizational Behavior. As a Post-doc and Ph.D. student at Carnegie Mellon, I taught undergraduate and M.B.A. courses in Organizational Behavior and Organizational Change.  I also assisted in teaching courses in Negotiations, Managing and Leading Teams, Ethics, Strategic Human Resources Management, and Technology and Strategy.

I have had a variety of other experiences relevant to teaching including leading business ethics seminars for M.B.A. students at Wharton and MIT, guest lecturing for M.B.A. students at the Kellogg School of Management, leading new Consultant training modules as a Consultant with Bain & Company, and being a Visiting Instructor at Bethel College in India.
