I am an Assistant Professor of Management at California State University, Fullerton. I recently completed my Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior & Theory at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
My research interests include:
> The learning-performance tension in short-term, high impact work assignments;
> Influence of leader-member relations on learning and performance.
> Organizational factors that contribute to learning for individuals and groups.
