Dr. Shaun Pichler is an assistant professor of management at the Mihaylo College of Business & Economics, California State University, Fullerton, where he teaches courses in organizational behavior and human resource management. He received his Ph.D. in human resource management from Michigan State University. His research program seeks to understand fairness in organizations, and involves research on gender and diversity, performance management and appraisal, and international HRM. He has published 18 refereed papers in leading outlets such as Behavior Research Methods, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Occupational & Organizational Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Oxford Handbook of HRM, among others, including 5 refereed papers since joining CSUF. His research has been cited by the United States Congress, as well as leading practitioner outlets, such as Forbes magazine.
