Alicia Maciel is a full-time lecturer in the Department of Management. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School (1998) and her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California Berkeley. Ms. Maciel has worked for Chevron and Disney, with over fifteen years of experience in business planning and development, training, marketing, sales, and finance. In 2007, she was honored as the Member of the Year by the Orange County chapter of the National Latina Business Women Association for volunteering in support of Latina entrepreneurs. Mrs. Maciel teaches Entrepreneurial Leadership.
