Concentration Approval Forms

All students must declare a concentration within the first semester of their graduate program. All concentration courses must be approved by your respective Department Chair prior to enrolling in a course. Any changes in concentration courses must also be approved by your department chair prior to enrolling. Please note that independent study courses (499 or 599) require special approval using an additional form please click here. Please take note of pre-requisites when selecting electives. You are responsible for completing any pre-requisite coursework required.

MBA - Four concentration courses are built into each students program to ensure students receive a degree that meets their educational and professional goals. A concentration may be chosen from one of the College’s ten concentration areas or students may take a general concentration by taking four courses from different concentration areas. Students must download their concentration form and take it to their respective department chair for approval. If your concentration form is not listed below, download the first “Concentration Form” and choose your elective from the drop down menu within the form.
