Advising Hours & Information

Advisors are available by email, phone or appointment. The Graduate Programs Advising Office does not offer walk-in advising an appointment is required. 

Appointments

You are welcome to schedule a personal consultation with the New Admit Advisor or Graduate Programs Advisor during non-registration periods. There are several calendars to choose from please be sure you read the description of each calendar and choose the appropriate calendar for your situation.  Students in their first semester would use the New Admit Calendar. Please note that appointments are only available 7 business days in advance.

Location

The Graduate Programs Advising Center is located in, SGMH - 4210 please see the interactive map of the building or you may print out a guide Guide1 & Guide2. The advising center does not offer walk in advising an appointment is required.

Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (advising by appointment only)
Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:45 pm (advising by appointment only)
Thursday 8:00 am - 6:45 pm (advising by appointment only)
Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (No Advising on Fridays)
