EQUIVALENCY OF COURSEWORK
Your graduate advisor has already reviewed your transcripts. If any coursework was found to be equivalent it was waived on your advising worksheet.
If you think that you have completed comparable undergraduate coursework please schedule an appointment with your advisor to request an evaluation form. Requests for evaluations are only accepted in the students first semester. (Note: The appointment calendar does not allow appointments to be scheduled more than 7 business days in advance.)
You must meet with your advisor, as this process cannot be done by e-mail or over the phone. Please schedule an appointment no later than 2 weeks prior to the final filing period. During the meeting, your Advisor will review your transcripts and determine if an evaluation form will be provided. The appointment calendar does fill up quickly so if you have questions it is recommended that you schedule your appointment as early as possible.
