Mr.
Wayne Foss, MAI, is
an adjunct faculty member of Real Estate and has been teaching at CSUF since 1998. Mr. Foss is currently
President of Wayne Foss Appraisals, Inc., a full service real estate appraisal, consulting and research firm. He has 30 years of experience that includes appraising all types of real property and ownership interests; in addition, he has prepared market studies for various property types and specialized analyses of various real property related issues.
Mr. Foss is qualified in various California Superior Courts and in the United State District Courts as an expert witness, and holds the prestigious MAI designation granted by the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. He received his B.A. degree from CSUF and his M.B.A. degree from the University of California, Irvine.
