 Dr. Tsong-Yue Lai
is Professor of Finance at CSUF. Prior to joining the CSUF faculty in 1991, he was Associate Professor of Finance at Kansas State University from 1988-1991, Assistant Professor of Finance at Florida State University from 1984-1988, and Visiting Assistant Professor of Finance at University of Florida from 1983-1984.
Dr. Lai has published substantial articles in the prestigious academic journals in finance and real estate. In addition, he has served as an editorial board member for the Journal of Real Estate Research and Review of Securities and Futures Markets. He received his B.S. degree in Mathematics from National Taiwan University, M.A. degree in Economics from The University of Rochester, M.B.A. degree in Management Science and Finance from State University of New York at Buffalo, M.A. and Ph.D. in Finance from Yale University.
